It is quite important to have enough amounts of proteins to aid weight loss. Include protein-rich foods such as turkey, mushroom, legumes, chicken breast, soymilk, tofu ,etc. in your regular diet.

Sometimes, we tend to consume foods which have high amount of sugar or carbs without knowing it.
